We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a beautiful area by the side of the highway. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, a relaxing sitting area. The rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi and provide free toiletries. Additionally, the rooms feature an electric kettle, a television with an AM/FM alarm clock, and a flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant offers delicious meals, and the staff members are friendly and attentive. The swimming pool and other leisure facilities are perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring the surroundings. it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Over Easter, I enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it was close to a bird sanctuary and had a beautiful view of the backwaters. the food was tasty, and the drinks were great.

The rooms were not up to the mark and were not clean enough. the housekeeping service was not as good as expected, and the staff seemed to be busy with their own work.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the serene atmosphere of the hotel. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the backwaters and a peaceful environment that made for a relaxing holiday. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing escape from the hot weather. The staff at the hotel were friendly and hospitable, always ready to assist with a smile.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. The rooms were quite shabby and in need of some maintenance.

It provides easy access to nearby attractions such as the bird sanctuary and is just a short drive from the airport. the rooms are neat and the bathrooms are well, maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. the friendly staff goes above and beyond to assist guests with any requests or concerns. the breakfast, included in the stay, is delicious and custom, made. the resort offers a swimming pool and small gym ' use.

There is a lack of cleanliness and maintenance in some areas of the resort, which can be off, putting.
